Diversified Services - Three hours late for moving help, and no invoice provided
Arranged for Diversified Services to help with a small move.Spoke with the owner the day before and the morning of, but they were 3 hours late arriving.
Paid in cash, but the movers did not bring an invoice or a receipt. Asked for the owner to email one, but he did not. Numerous emails and phone calls were unsuccessful in getting one.
We needed it for reimbursement and had a deadline for submitting it.He had a full month to provide this and couldn't seem to find the time to go to his office and take care of it.
